Wernicke Korsakoff syndrome is something you will never hear about in EMS but you will continually hear about in PA School. We learned about it in GI first... weird! Then Neuro and Behavioral Health and I am sure it will come up again! I went down the rabbit hole when we were in GI and this time, it paid off!
